After years of low back pain and blaming uterine prolapse and laziness, L4, L5 S1 joint are out of wack. don’t want the operation so I am doing your exercises even thought I am doing physitherapy I still need extra help and your site is perfect. depends on how tight your hamstrings are, and the amount of trigger points in the muscle belly.
When it’s a new muscle, I often start with twice a day, see how it feels
