I like the helpful information you provide on your articles. I will bookmark your weblog and test again here frequently. I’m slightly certain I’ll be informed plenty of new stuff proper right here! Good luck for the following!

You’ve just described exactly what I’m feeling. I strained my back and quads from sitting for extended periods of time breastfeeding my newborn. Right now my back and quads hurt so much that it’s excruciating carrying my 3 week old and standing up long enough to change his diaper. How do I release the quad muscles and back muscles? Thanks for your time.

      Hi Stephanie,
Congratulations on your newborn by the way. We just had one too.
Post-partum aches and pains are common, with the Relaxin released throughout your body, causing “loose ligaments” and greater instability. With that said, there are great ways to release your quad muscles, and trigger points within them.
I’m working on some videos to show the details of postural alignment exercises, and how to release specific muscles on your own.
The most effective way to release the quads and stabilize your pelvis are postural alignment exercises, especially post-partum.
Once your pelvis is stable, the foam roller is highly great to release your quads on an ongoing basis.
However, you must get stable first, then release the muscles.
Finally, quad stretches are good after steps 1 and 2.
Check out the free 5 step opt in video which explains in detail the 5 steps.

      Best,
      Michael
